Mr. Sainath Nesarikar (Managing Director) of GEMSA Research Laboratories Pvt Ltd. is our key promoter and comes from a family having a rich experience in the manufacturing of Mono block pumps, Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps and rich experience of marketing in various fields. Since then under the able leadership of Mr. Sainath Nesarikar the company is on its path of success and progress.
The strength of the companies lies in their employees (35) who have got expertise in their respective departments. The company’s total turnover is expected to reach approx. USD $10 Million at the end of March 2025.
The company’s production capacity is of 75000 MT of per annum and formulation capacity varies from product to product.
Mr Manoj Chaudhari CEO of GEMSA Research Laboratories spent 12 years in the field of chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturing. He is also the founder of Explicit Group and Managing Director of Crewchem Synthesis LLP He strongly believes that research in pharmaceutical industry would be the primary force behind developments in modern healthcare. He has sufficient experience in organic and inorganic chemistry had has developed methods of separation of nickel from complex mixture of nickel, aluminum, copper, cadmium, zinc, chromium, cobalt, ferrous. He developed various critical products like 2-Aminobenzonitrile,4-Aminobenzonitrile, bis(carboxymethyl) trithiocarbonate. etc. from process development and scaled up from gram to kilogram level batches. He is the responsible for research and development of various products in the field of API intermediates and drug discovery. He possesses knowledge in the erection of mechanical, instrumentation and manufacturing process development plants.
